Maintenance cost is grey area and from my experience doesnt matter petrol or diesel i guess....naa i20 regular scheduled services kooda pindesetodu min bill ante 6500 without any compliants.....avg i used to get 8k bills...as i always did all my services at dealer....edho sodhi cheppi idhi replace ...adhi replace antadu.... | ||

Last month research chesi....nenu final ga City VX(O) petrol theesukunna LOL Frankly i checked all and in 15 lakh range....Creta is the only better option in Small SVU/Crossover segment. If you are ok with Sedan i heard Ciaz is value for money and is loaded with features. I didnt test drive nor have first hand info...just heard from few of my friends. You can try doing some research on this one. | ||

yes diesel maintenance spare parts high....also noice,vibration etc in ride...hyundai diesel is better though compared to others in terms of handling. | ||

25km is nothing...Petrol makes sense...Unless your drive is 60+ per day doesnt make sense for diesel Let us say your monthly usage is 700 km Petrol required 70 lites, around 4200 rupees Diesel required would be say 46 litres around 2200 rupees (assuming city mileage diesel is 15kmpl) diff per month is around 2000 rupees, per annum is 24000 rupees. You would breakeven the initial extra investment of 2 lakhs on diesel after 8 years. Is it worth? just did some rough numbers... This is the reason why diesel never made sense to me. | ||

I never bought or driven diesel vehicle so far. Unless your daily commute and highway driving is very high...diesel really doesnt make sense ani naa idhi.... but yes if your commute and highway driving is high....go for diesel | ||

If you ahve decided to buy one of these two...go for Creta Style,Build,features everything Creta is better. BRV looked cheap (quality) for that price.... | ||

Other than "so called" 7 seater, CRETA is good. if it is between BRV and CRETA. BRV lo highend kooda doesnt have enough features...CRETA highend is fullyloaded and looks good compared to BRV. | ||
