I suraj battupublic and my friend lost our laptop bag and all banking documents after we, took an auto from Banjarahills at 4.40 and alighted at gun foundry signal near Kfc at 5.50 . When we realised we lost as per the traffic police advice we went to meet Abids police station and met ACP Mr.J. Ragavendra Reddy there and explained him at 6.30 . He immediately instructed as to meet hs Detective inspector Mr. Mohan Rao . Upon hearing about the incident, with no clue on the auto number , or any idea. He, based on the approximate timing called his team of experts into the monitoring room and he personally monitored all cctv camera and I was astonished the way the auto is tracked within 35 minutes . And Mr. Mohan Rao instructed his subordinates to trace them asap and asked us to go and come next day. Meanwhile The young team of inspectors and hawildars like in a Hollywood movie first with the auto numbers traced the financier and then the owner and then the driver. The driver immediately switched of fearing action. With out knowing any thing we both were in home in tension as my new laptop had 15 years hard worked data . By 10.30 I got a call from the driver stating he wanted to returned the bag . Next day we went and thanked the team members under the supervision of acp and detective Mohan rao and took a photo attached herewith. In my 42 years of life this is my first experience with a police station and I was really surprised , amazed and pleased with swift and fast action the team took trace the auto with out any clue using the latest technologies . Entirely different from what we hear about police station. I sincerely thank all the police officials concerned. This post is going viral on fb. You g officers kummestunnaru.. Small things like this helps in improving image of police in general public. |
