More info, weird condition. Actually vaala daughter married american, so she got GC and will qualify for Citizenship within 2 years and can sponsor Parents for a Green card. Actually he knows that, however he has 2 more kids who are visa dependent. So he does not want to leave them in the lurch. Sponsorship for brother/sister is backlogged similar to EB categories. If he gets GC through his daughter, his other kids might go out if status. Tough choice huh | ||

also naa wife L2 EAD issue lo we contacted Tx governor at that time, and it worked. L2 Visa extension approve chesi, EAD ki more than 6 months teesukunnaru processing lo. and naa wife resign cheyyalsi vochindi job because of not having EAD. when we contacted Governors office, 1 month lo vochindi EAD. | ||

ante governor ni contact chesina prathivaadiki GC vosthundi ani kaadu. Even governor office will get full info from both sides and then tries to follow-up. ee case lo 15 yrs ante too much kada...something is wrong in the process. Naa close relatives lo same case workout ayyindi after contacting governor's office. Within 2 months lo vochindi GC. | ||
