SANKATI cheyatam konchem effort pettali...like lot of stirring needed as otherwise LUMPS form avuthayi! Also, vedi gaa unnappudu tinaali...koddi aarina it becomes like ROCK!! But anni kudiraayi ante matram SANKATi with even VANKAYA PULUSU, PAPPU Kura, Diluted PALLILA pachhadi anniti tho baaguntadi! Try eating less and increase after some servings as first lo ne kummesthe potta neppi pettochhu!

Some of these are very area sepcific and for others to accustom take time...for example SANKATI very specific to BANGALORE, CHENNAI surroundings, SEEMA, NELLORE and JONNA ROTTE specific to TELANGANA along with I think RAICHUR etc...same way ULAVA CHARU...not known to other places than KRISHNA Belt! But all are very tasty!

Sanchez Live Poultry Market in Passaic - went there few times... neighborhood and place is horrible but meat quality was good... ask for the smallest bird...

Adi ayipoyindi recently so regular use chestunnam (which may not be a malt technically) but better than nothing ani munduku potunnam...

ante edo ragulani grind chesi vachhe powder kaadu...if you use raagi powder adi raagi jaava avutundi but not raagi malt ...to make raagi malt you need to use raagi malt powder

How to make raagi malt powder...

First raagulani sprouts teppinchaali..taruvaata needalo aarapettali oka 7 days..purthigaa yendipoyina taruvaata grind cheyyali...appudadi raagi malt powder avutundi.


Ee vidhanam tho chestene danni raagi malt antaaru leka pothe kaadu...its just raagi soup or jaava..and

{So in short malt ante powder made of any sprouted cereal


its richer in nutrients than ordinary raagi powders... because sprouts have less carbs and more proteins.. and have higher Niacin contents too..

Even single malt procedure kudaa ide..akkada barley ni sprout teppistaaru ..

Neeku inka interest vunte ide paddathilo 2 parts barley malt 1 part wheat malt 1 part sugar and milk powder tho chesaavanuko horlicks tayaravtundi.. india lo barley[ sprout teppinchedi with husk] dorakadu malt cheyyadaaniki so never tried it though..}good points mesharu...

first first add 1:1 water and milk and boil on stove...

side la oka 1-2 tea spoons ragi ni water la kalipi pettuko

once the water/milk is boiling add the malt, jaggery (koncham) and fennel seeds and simmer for few mins...

Vedi vedi ragi malt ready... morning morning drinking sesthe heavy ga untadi.... good for health also

. i mostly eat jonna raagi sajjalu regularly..weekly only twice brown rice...
ade nenu ippudu coastal region lo vunte..probably nenu regulargaa rice tinevaadini..

Basically I am against cultivating water guzzling crops..in arid regions like telangana so nenu max avoid chestaanu tinadaaniki..
Age sahakariste..andaru nenu cheppindi try cheyyandi..

Trivia: I totally avoid apples and many other fruits of such category just because they are not native to the place I live

well that is the reason I eat it...i advocate to eat food based on the region you live... i mostly eat jonna raagi sajjalu regularly..weekly only twice brown rice...
ade nenu ippudu coastal region lo vunte..probably nenu regulargaa rice tinevaadini..

Basically I am against cultivating water guzzling crops..in arid regions like telangana so nenu max avoid chestaanu tinadaaniki..
Age sahakariste..andaru nenu cheppindi try cheyyandi..

Trivia: I totally avoid apples and many other fruits of such category just because they are not native to the place I live :-)

veggie pulusu by substituting chicken puluse..you can even try sambaar or ulava chaaru.....I am not from Rayalseema but a regular eater of this...
Dont know about palli chutney though as suggested by some one..
even with curd it tastes good..
