Zee Media BureauFollow @ZeeNews New Delhi: In a major development in National Herald case, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy on Thursday told the Patiala House Court that he will submit the list of witnesses who would depose against Gandhis (Sonia and Rahul). Swamy said that he will submit the list on the next date of hearing i.e 16th July. Meanwhile, the court adjourned the matter till 16th of July. Also, Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy told court that he is waiting for Delhi High Court orders on summoning of documents from Central Ministries. Congress President Sonia Gandhi, her son Rahul Gandhi, party leaders Motilal Vora, Oscar Fernandes, Suman Dubey, Sam Pitroda and Young Indian Pvt Ltd (YI) are accused in National Herald case filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy. Swamy has accused them of allegedly conspiring to cheat and misappropriate funds by just paying Rs 50 lakh by which YI obtained the right to recover Rs 90.25 crore which Associated Journals Pvt Ltd (AJL) owed to the Congress party. All the accused have denied the allegations levelled against them by Swamy. |
