though its very easy to point fingers at any ruling govt.. projects of this metro types are very complex and they miss deadlines..mana india lo you need to cross so many hurdles..land procurement..cases..half of the time you waste..fighting with other govt bodies.. as an example..if there is any defence land in centre of city..chetha nayallu oka inch koodaa ivvaru...for projects of this types | ||
