basic ga rule is if you did not register the birth within one year, you need to provide supporting evidence.. Mana desam lo registering ki issuing ki difference undadu when they give it later so its always better to provide supporting document unless the birth certificate shows clearly registered so and so date and duplicate issued on later date. J4F, as long as BC is not issued within 1 year of birth, it needs to be attached with two affidavits from parents or uncles or siblings. Govt issued BC is just not enough. Supreme - Audio review | ||

I have govt officially issued BC with issue date as Mar 2012. GC appudu issue date valla problem avuddha (query padocha)? Do I need affidavits from parents and uncles along with BC or govt issued BC more than enough? |
