Is there a dead line for Polavaram in the bill....Sardar sarovar which started many decades before is still not completed....Agree the allocations should be better, in the last two years economy was in bad shape, so priority is getting it back on track so that tax revenue can increase to fund such projects.....There are about 40 completed projects in the country without infrastructure to bring water to the fields....what should be his priority?....to start a new mega project immediately?
