Each body is different... each has to assess how a food suits ur body

for example, micheal phelps (olympic swimmer) vunnadu...he requires 120000 calories for day ( ante average ga 6 people thine thindi thintadu) and he eats all junk; but he is super fit and hunky

likewise stanley mcchrystal eats only one meal and runs 10 km every day and he is super fit

alage myself even if i eats more i dont put weight easily , engine ruyy ruyy.. 100 kg bench press, 150 dead lift, squat rocks ...so individual matters

To all

Another way to identify change in your body is
Buy small or medium shirt and wear today
Look at mirror how tight it is. Initially u may not put buttons

Now keep it safe place start doing exercises
With good intense see after every 2 or 3 months to see change or progress

Another way is using burpeee

When u r normal or bad state
Per a minute u may do hardly 15 or 20

But as and when u start dietng and doing exercise every day
Do burpee to measure ur stamina per minute

I bet u can do more than 20 slowly when u gain stamina and toned body
One fine day u may do more than 60 in a minute :-)

If u reach that level u are awesome
Yes I am telling that

Regular Indian food means it's mixture of spices except saatvik food.
The moment if u add spices it tastes better so u eat more and more than required in that prices u keep adding more and more calories and when u don't burn equally it turns to be fat

Ultimately u r out of shape or obesity issues

So better have diet as raw or boiled or grilled stuff with less or no spices

Then you will not eat more then a small bowl. That way you can cut down unnecessary stuff
Driving is my PASSION.

17lbs in 5months..2-3times/week zumba and dinner okkati cut down on rice..tiffing and lunch as usual indian food. Dieting na valla kaadu and salads and smoothies kooda ekkavy.

Latest cutting edge science prakaram fat is good. Last 50 yr of scare mongering wrt fat is almost debunked. so hayiga fat thinandi in moderation

ghee is good. 100% sat fat. likewise eggs.

but watch out for sugars ..high fructose corn syrup is POISON. almost all additive in processed foods...soft drinks, sugar candy etc

cut down potatoes and go for sweet potatoes.

Kale and greens are very good. Celery is very good but worst in taste. Intlo chinna pieces lo cut chesukoni salt and pepper tho thinale.

Tom Brady (NFL QB, not our dber) follow avthadu diet with no nightshades. Nenu kuda nightshades cut chesa, dairy cut chesa. Amazing results.

Any fat item comes from dairy (cheese, butter etc.). Shifted to Almond milk, soy milk. No night shades vegetables like vankaya, tomato, green peppers etc.

But panda express poster 1200 calories for orange chicken, fried rice and pepper chicken together. Quantity wife much lesser that what we eat in our meal. little scared.
