its something baffling me too... but I THINK... high temperatures are different from heat waves... people are dying because of heat waves...these heat waves blow from Rajasthan..towards Vidharbha..finally to Telangana, Andhra(esp Rayalaseema)..n otherwise..delhi..up..bihar ..where temperature soars to 49 c in their summer(for them its starts from May to July)..there should be more casualties..this is a answer without doing any sought of research..will find it though.. |

Every year why do we lead in heat related deaths. Many parts of North see even worse temperatures. Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan, Gujarat lo yendalu are comparable and worse than AP and Telangana but heat related deaths are lesser than our states. Is this due to poor govt. mgt. or just carelessless of the people in going out and not taking care. |
