By communication skills if you mean English language skills then you must realize that his English is much better than that of Modi. If you really mean communication skills then it's ridiculous to say that he has zero communication skills! He may lack the aggression, oversimplification, and humor of KCR but he does have profound knowledge in many aspects relating to administration and issues of a state and he has the ability to clearly communicate all of that, at least in Telugu.
