Most likely she will sue the hospital. My guess is, likely the hospital used the so called administrative leave to prepare the necessary groundwork to fire her, like what most other employers do. If they had fired her right away, they would have been in huge legal troubles | ||

The Miami doctor whose verbal and physical attacks on an Uber driver in a viral video thrust her into the national spotlight will be terminated by Jackson Health System, a hospital spokeswoman said in a statement Friday.
