Irrigation infrastructure ki ichina budget, rural road network ki ichina budget (bcoz it helps agri in a big way also), even rail/highway budgets through rural areas, e-NAM ki spend chesina budget .. shouldn't that all be counted as giving impetus to agri ..

also I am against the use of hate terms like "urban vultures" .. why make it urban vs rural .. when it is not? 95% urban people have come from rural backgrounds in the last 25-30 years ..
