If customers were not able to detect it or realize it's ill effects, they would buy those fruits. Once somebody introduce it, the others are forced to follow or perish because they can't match the prices of the ripe fruits that the carbide user sells. The first fruitseller to introduce it is the most to blame. But the others are at fault too. You are a fan of the first fruit seller and you didn't even condemn his introduction of this bad practice. You seem to be a blind fanatic to whom there are no principles, views or opinions.
