just observe how he face problems, how easily he solve. most important think how he become star hero with that action.

I used to do this practice(end of movie you wont feel any pain in Krishna movies)

I am going through this phase ..

I have royally spoiled life of one of my family member .. i am unable to take this burden .. to avoid this , i am going to nearby temple and spending doing lot of voluntary work on the weekends .. i am just trying to escape the situation ..

It's physical too
Breathe in and out and focusing on it
Relieves you from majority of issues or problems.

Always you hear like this by many take deep breathe before you do
Risky or adventurous task etc

Reason bcos oxygen helps to think we'll and activate cells of your body well
So your body responds well
Driving is my PASSION.
Ball or Bimmer does not matter.

my 2 cents....
most of the ppl here in the same group n social condition .. may have the same condition... I have it myself.. the degree may change though...
counselling is waste of time in general... that too in india counselling is a big joke.
many people may say many things here ...but as i know it is more likely a medical condition and which i think is very common... looking for medical help would be better while you may try other options...

one thing i think we need to realize is life is not about destination..but its a journey.. i do not like to use work journey .. but could not find better word her ... there is no single gamyam,.. everything is a gamyam...
there is no the thing which is the only right...
we talk about a lot .. a lot of bullshit frivolously... but we are all selfish n driven by instincts and emotions..... this is my personal exp with many ppl i thought gr8....

Platy, read through your post on medium.. I think you are trying to be part of that 0.01%. I think there is a reason its .01% not 10%. Some suggestions from my side. Wasn't taking seriously until I saw your post on medium..

First dont try to aspire too much , just take it as it comes along and do with sincerity..

Get a good Job with reduced responsibilities. You shouldn't care much where you work whether its Microsoft / Google if you are not happy..most of the time our personal life is greatly influenced by professional life..

Add something into your routine that makes you happy.. there should be something that makes you happy, make it part of your routine..

Depression aney term ni manam chala easy ga upayogistam, there is a difference between sadness and depression (naa lanti Arm chair pychologista kakunda nijam psychologists can diagnose if you have it or not).

Role model avvatam antu emi undadu kada, kids are intelligent enough to pick up even the softest of the cues. Being a Dad itself is great, Valla matali sariga vintey chaalu , dont need to go out of the way and do something.

Ok trip vestono,oka cinemaki velteno, oka varam selvu teeskuntey no poyedi kaadu ee negative thought process. Vipareeranga try chestey - You are looking at atleast 6 months to make a dent in this negative cycle.

As some suggested, meditation, Gym , Hobbies are a way to relax.

Looks like the thoughts are not properly aligned with reality , professional help or someone close who can listen to you would be great.

also take a break from wrk for 1 week (no access to emails/phones) spend time with family on cruise or road trip....

gadgets (phones/laptops/pads/etc) are another reason for depression ani saint gaadi thokkalo opnion

Majority of issues in this universe is caused by interaction between one to another
So cut that interaction at least daily one hour. Be alone by focusing on what you are put some light melodious music and start breath in out do exercise or yoga
.just focus on divine power given to you in your body and focus on each and every muscles you are using while doing exercise.

Remember kalasi unte kaladu sukhamu or aikamatyame balamu etc BS. More than one always troublesome. Avoid any kind of interactions at least one hour per day :-)

U would see amazing results
