Help cheyyandi bros thelisthe Friend's niece came here on F2 last year. Applied for I-539 Change of status (F2 to F1) Due to some personal problems ( got divorce) she decided to go back to india. Meanwhile she got RFE for additional financial documents and latest I20. she plans to leave to india next week. RFE response is requested by Apr24th. In her response to RFE, she is not plannign to send any financial docs or I20. She planning to ask for cancellation of I-539 citing personal issues. Question: How many days can she stay in US after sending the letter? If she plans to send letter today does she have to leave today? |
