If we r talented, u can focus on warangal and nizamabad for industry's as they r closer to Godavari too... Targeting Hyd at the cost of nalgonda and khammam farmers is not ok Why don't u start moving some of the current govt setups to those cities... I don't buy the reddy element in this write up..... Since u r talking abt water for Hyd, can u give more details on that need... Are u saying that for future development of Hyd, u need water or for the current needs u require water... If it is future needs, where is the decentralization of development? This is my analysis of this project not somebody else... nalgonda khamman lo reds pop enta// Political strength enta anedi important..nothing to do with their numeric strength..something to do with financial strength and limit it as much as possible..so that they can never be matched to what they are today... TRS views telanagana as three political regions.1) North Telangana 2) Rangareddy-Hyderabad 3) palamur,nalgonda,khammam belt. while the first one is TRS political political forte, remaining two are seen as its weakness. After the elections TRS devised a clear strategy to over come its political weakness in last two areas. Hyderabad is politically dominated by TDP and it has very large range of supporters in the Rangareddy-Hyderabad area.The only way to overcome this puzzle is to clean up TDP and re position TRS as Investor and Andhra Friendly.A series of parleys with Ramoji rao on his political expectations and protection of Andhra business interests in RR-HYD region an amicable tranfer of vote share and leaders from TDP to TRS was the primary agenda of TRS. A vote for note and silence of CBN on political jumpings and nonchalant attitude of CBN on Hyderabad politicos and move of AP Administration to Vijayawada do not come as super coincidence but just a sketch used to connect the dots already laid. Truth is only known to CBN and KCR, but this generated an outcome of 99 GHMC seats for TRS. A complete surrender of vernacular news channels to TRS(?) and their complete rally of support created something called as 'HAWA', (which political strategits of Hindi Belt often call) akin to support Buzz in the state. This again resulted in serious blows to congress and TDP in the state.TRS for now has its hands laid on first two areas mentioned above. Tackling third one is something like make or break for TRS Political Journey.The three districts are often dominated by Congress caders, Reddy community is very strong in (Nalgonda,mabubnagar) and velama,kamma,reddys dominate sphere of politics in khammam. A virtual annexation of khammam TDP into TRS brought necessay strength but the task is still incomplete.Reddy community is always a achillies heel in TRS political ascent. So the strategy is to eat into the pie gradually. Reddys get the money from education institutions,rice mills, and traditional agriculture,money lending.For the first time engineering colleges were systematically targetted and their affiliations are threatened to be cancelled unless owners do not change their political affiliations,this resulted in partial success. The next scheme of things unfolding is to make nalgonds,khammam a virtual desert with palamoor lift irrigation scheme,which will lead entire agri commerce in nalgonda and khammam redundant.Now agri commerce is strongly in the hands of Reddy community. So TRS devised a irrigation scheme which is simply unbelievable called rangareddy-palamoor Lift irrigation worth of 35K Crores. Now what happens? In short this is the scheme It was proposed to lift 120 tmc ft from the foreshore of Srisailam at two tmc ft per day for 60 days. However, the surplus to meet the needs of seven schemes and Palamuru - Ranga Reddy in the latest circumstances was found only in one out of four years on the basis of data for the last 40 years. Moreover, about 20 tmc ft out of 120 tmc ft for Palamuru – Ranga Reddy was meant for the drinking water needs of Hyderabad. Drinking water needs 100 per cent dependability, but here was a scheme which had 30 per cent success rate which meant just over one out of four years. Since surplus is out of question in forthcoming years on krishna this actually means that water is meant to be lifted from assured water(nikara jalalu) rather than surplus. Since HYD drinking comes into picture there is no way any poltical party can out this trap unless they stop in the first place.If water is lifted from assured TMC then the severly agri hit areas will be nalgonda and khammam, this lift is like death trap to agri business(mind it not only farmers,but millers,fertilizar factory owners,marketyard chairmens,logistics and agri supply chain owners). So in short are we seeing a community being broken wilfully for political interests?? let us discuss this project. |
