dont go for artificial drinks.. its waste.. bellam neelu leda bellam chapparinchandi... its more than enough or you can eat banana or dates..during break..but I prefer jaggery it works wonders

I go and get the status

It's very surprise to me like
I do non stop 120 walking lunges
Inclusive of front back and sides
I never felt this kind of pain on knees
Now I feel ditching needle inside my knee

Chass it happening only I run on the road

Before this I do running on treadmill with 5 speed
And 2 elevation no pain at all

Don't know y only on road have to check my shock observers :-(

Yes, they do.. sometimes they take video to show how you are running and analyze. They dont charge for that service, except the full price on shoe. Its worth to avoid the long term injuries.

Also, I am following C25K app to build the endurance in preparation of marathon. Personally I like the app and recommend it.

ramudu, dont strain too much. I believe you are into strenght training and muscle building, stick to it with HIIT cardio. Dont go marathon route, waste.

Well it depends upon the foot design..whether to land front or back of your foot.. one can land anyway..I land front myself..
as bullabbai suggest check your shoes.. india lo alaanti options levuanukunta.. so i run normally..

Run chestappudu always look forward..no unnecessary hand movements... and landing should be some what close.. not a huge leap ..while running one should resemble a wheel of sorts.. I guess you understood what I meant kallu nelaku peddaga touch avvaddu.. if it touches heavily there would be heavy impact on joints..

I dont do marathons of 40Kms.. I usually run between 5 to 6 miles in 40 odd minutes..that too weekly once..on sunday..

Driverramudu - better go to running store get your gait analysis done. I had the analysis done yesterday and bought a pair of shoes. I was told I am landing on back part of the foot but not using the arch to transition the weight onto front part. That gives the momentum, more natural weight transition and less prone to injuries.

I started again from today

I would like to know how run for marathon ?
I mean to ask with what part of foot should we land on track or ground

Earlier I used to land back part of my foot but I gotta know from my trainer it causes burden on my knee joints so he suggested me to run on front part of foot so it's easy on knees.
I started landing now on front part of foot.

But I am good up to some distance like half mile or so after that I started feeling current shocks kind of feeling in my pikkalu or calves so bcos of that I started walking back for few seconds and again started running but landing with front part of foot
Am I doing correct or not?
Suggest or correct me if I am wrong
