So I always suggest others to do slow and feel the muscle tension Then only u feel muscle breaking and forming later

OM kaka and others.. Exercise is not complete if you do not eat proper food. When you exercise you need lost more minerals to recover back and build muscle. with normal food you would be never be able to get all the stuff. there are many things like Zma, Vitamin D B complex calcium test boosters. try to get good idea on them. there is one saying.. do rotis se body nahi bantha.. you have to eat right to build your proper athlete body.. also exercise need focus. most of the people loose it during exercise and end it abruptly. get nice pre workout and post workout diet. that is very important. with nice supplements.. without these you would never increase your stamina |

Rising bro Always state with reasonable weights But as I said make sure ur body posture is correct Before u do any exercise It's very difficult to do e exercisr Being in right posture breathe in and out And with reasonable weight. Always keep core tight focus on it Breathe in and out is must every rep Try to focus on it. Feel the tension on target muscle When u r doing respective exercise Like the way saying doing right way always difficult So first get used to that rhythm Once ur body getting tone then increase weights  Driving is my PASSION. human body is made of cells.. thousands millions trillions.. manaki teliyani universe So a small miss connection in birth would bring thousands of issues... many of them not even recognized by our science.. so until and unless it impacts mans normal life.. we are good to go.. science is in just budding stage.. in current moment we think that we advanced in science.. but after 100 years.. we would get scared that how could these guys lived when their understanding was so false. so rule of thumb is live without thinking of these.. i lost hope on science when top most doctors in the world said that they do not have answers to some certain deceases .. best solution for that decease is death.. if he lives he suffers.. just move on.. |

What i am trying tell bro is every entity in the universe is just a patterns created in big fabric. there is constant interaction between these patterns (human, nature etc) so okka chota affect start ayi imbalance voste, it disturbs the whole thing need to take care at a life style level, not in isolation like food, exercise etc |

The more visualizing It's So complicated puzzle mystery Since morning this thread running continuously Now I feel so sad after seeing MRI scan of victim Ekkado very internal ga small problem unna entire body Organs stop avvadam emito In my last India trip I also took MRI scan Their doctor said same to some like one of disk is slightly Disturbed and as long as the tissue come out no danger for me I was so disturbed knowing that like me don't wann live India Rushed back to USA that's another reason I preponed my ticket. But when I show the same MRI here in USA Doctors said its outdated machine and they tested me with few exercises And said abd there is no issue at all. After hearing those I felt ok but not satisfied Inspire of that me lifting weights and day by day Doing intensive exercises. That's giving some confidence but still it's complete mystery Human body and life Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bimmer does not matter. |
