That is right , kudos to western research in science.

what i condemn is they are trying to say we eat bad, we live bad we donot know food science, adi condemn chestunna

They don't even know the usage of tulasi, vepa, pudina, pasupu, velluli, and other spices, which is being used from centuries in east

ofcourse we had main issues of sanitation related diseases

It is over all globally can impact people as the change in life style is drastic

in top most doctors in india.. they just explain things what we hear in usa.. that is it.. no new discovery nothing back in india

Eating habits damage ur genes....
Omega3 has certain mapped genes....
Omega6 has certain set of genes.....

Eating habits can fluctuate the ratio .....and this is more abberant in desis.....

Traditional Indian diet has slow ingestion of proteins and fatty acids in low quantities...

The reason why many Indians might effect is due to thier irregular life styles in last 10-15 years

Omega 3 to omega 6 ratio usually is 1:20 for indians.....
So indians are prone to cancers and heart ailments
