Seattle baagane idea undha? Most desis don't buy here...but I like South Seattle areas like Beacon hill and columbia. you can get to downtown in less than 10 mins. Austin/round rock is a good market if you are in Texas. Rentals ki top school district kante koncham middling school unna places better (this will work in any city). You can buy properties for significantly less than places with top schools...but rents almost same vastayi. Rents kind of get max out at 2000 per month at most places. If a 250 k house gives 1700 rent..a million dollar house typically give less than 3500. | ||

For Financial gain...passion may be a strong word...but I like doing it. I generally do a quick re-fi, rent for a few years and exit. Flips (buy, remodel and exit) ante I did 2. Now the market is too hot and I don't do it full-time...so I am mostly staying out. In town for spring break to meet with family/friends. Dallas area lo telugu movies screen chese theaters lo which one is better? Since all are in 30 mins driving distance.. location is not an issue Drive chesthunte, one thing that you can immediately notice - too many new restaurant concepts.. not indian.. but in general i see lot of new / local concepts... only nyc lo ilaa choosa.. heard sfo also has many such places any new food places to try in the area?
