As you all know there is a great divide between desam and here in terms antibiotics usage especially for kids Desam lo most docs prescribe them easily for any sickness such as fever, cough etc Ikkada kids high fever, cough vunnaa.. just use tylenol/advil and use steam bath etc for cough antaaru kaani don't encourage antibiotics unless it is rare case Why? last week maa buddodi ki same case.. went to doc.. he said fever usually breaks in 72 hours.. if not, will see annadu.. cough will go by itself annadu.. 2 days tarvatha malli vellaa.. he can't sleep properly with cough.. edo okati ivvandi ani.. he gave antibiotic and he was fine in literally few hours.. desam lo doc uncle ni adiithe what is this ani.. he says, it is better to use antibiotics than using cough medicine for young kids antaadu who is right?
