Chai - its origin is India , Irani chai was formulated in India not Iran , afaik
Samosa- has equivalent in Africa called Sambusa
Chappati- also has equivalent in Africa, Kenya to be specific, also wheat tortillas are made the same way

Samosa and chappati could be exports from or imports to India..:-)

ethiopian cuisine lo sambusa untadi which is samosa. Their food is also tastes so close to our south indian food

Chai - Middle east (Tea- China)
Samosa - Middle East (spread to africa and India and else where)
Chapati - Baked and larger versions middle east. Small round individual servings india.

The samosa is claimed to have originated in Tanzania. Ikkada koodaa names like Almosa are used. so definitely not Indian
