I want the mobile wifi to swtitch of when I go out of home, to save battery (in case I forget to stop wifi manually) . But this app uses some battery power, too ! | ||

Tasker app for it... my phone does it and also phone goes to silent mode when I am near the office and normal mode when I leave office. | ||

Yes... please google and u will find a lot of apps.. U can use NFC tags as an alternative... not an efficient way.. app is always better.... | ||

Please switch to T-Mobile and keep WIFI on, where ever you have WIFI connection phone uses WIFI for data and calling, if WIFI is not available you carrier will automatically uses 4glte | ||

switch on the wifi the moment the phone reaches a particular GPS location (Home) and switches it off when the mobile moves away from that Home location. is such Android app available ? |
