CBI ki 3 times extension icharu.first oct 2012, then may 2013 and again oct 2013. read the court document i gave in other thread. SC clearly said during may 2013 bail rejection discussions, that this is last extension for CBI and they have to complete all investigations by oct 2013. Actually CBI submitted an affadavit that all investigations are completed then bail was generated.
