atleast Jagan case lo 1956 companies act kabatti CBI vicharana chesthunnaru. Ippudu cheyyoddu, 2013 act prekaram ila cheste vicharana kooda undadu. It is illegal to invest whatever amount you want on a company... you need to clearly show where and how the invested money will be used. Yes I know this is stupid but thats the law today. Other than circumstantial evidence, there is no direct link where Jagan or his men coerced or threatened or bribed the investors to invest in theirs.
