nenu nee situation lo unte unna loan close chesi padesi, samvatsaraniki oka kotha illu konta. move back to india to live off of the rents. one of my frnds did it. bought a piece of land in kukatpally 10 portions chesi illu kattadu nice spacious rental homes. just the rents are paying the mortgage. madhya madhya lo 6 months ki okasari he will send some of his savings to make additional payments. oka 5 yrs lo loan pay off chesi planning to move back to india. find a less stressful job , spend salary and save the rents. | ||

India lo current rates no idea but if u take usa example, if you have 100K in mortgage loan with 4% interest rate - close the loan if you have 100k sitting in the checking account which yields negligible return. But if you can use 100k to get 6-8% or more return by investing.. then better to keep the loan at 4% and get higher return on your money.. right? u can use same logic in desam also Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresea, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein | ||

tax exemptions vunna, its always better to close. Homeloans is a gamble as you pay 20 yrs interest upfront and will end up paying 3 or 4 times of the loan you take. | ||
