Are you sure about this number - why is the fiscal deficit so high despite the revenue surplus. This is a really high number. In contrast - AP budget has Rs4000 revenue deficit and around Rs20000 crores fiscal deficit. | ||

Last year planned budget lo lo they spent only 73%. . Non-planned ante salaries, interests, pensions etc.. so those have to be and will be spent. Looks like centre has agreed in-principle for relaxing FRBM limits by 0.5% from 3 to 3.5%. Not a good decision.
