Lot of issues there blocking the completion were solved by the govt including issues with South central railway, Defence. The works may have started during earlier governments but were stopped due to the issues and he made sure they were cleared out. Atleast now Hyd is assured of water for 7-8 months, rest of the months krishna water should suffice, we should just take care of Mir-alam, osmansagar.
