The caste of YSRCP's T state president? Ysrcp party president? Leader of the opposition in assembly? PAC Chairman? Next PAC Chairman? Honorary president? Parliamentary Party leader? Soon to be lone Rajya Sabha candidate? Can you name any major party where single caste has more percentage of MLAs than Reddys in YSRCP? MPs? Party posts? Come on try...you don't have to stick to Telugu states. Try bihar and UP also if you like. in less than two years...Ramireddy Venkat Reddy. Telangana Congress became like YSRCP. Too much concentration of posts in one caste. TPCC President post to Uttam Kumar Reddy and cabinet rank leader of opposition post to Jana Reddy. Late Kista Reddy was given cabinet rank PAC Chairman post. After he died, they gave it to another person from the same caste (Ramireddy Venkat Reddy). Now that he too passed away, we have to wait and see who replaces him. I suspect that they'll make sure it's another Reddy (DK Aruna, Jeevan Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, or Chinna Reddy). To avoid too much of caste party branding, they should at least consider half Reddy (Geetha Reddy) who took on Reddy surname from husband but was born in an SC family. YSRCP and T Congress should reduce the dose of casteism. They should learn from TDP and TRS. TDP and TRS give disproportionately high representation to Kammas and Velamas respectively but they don't overdo it to the extent to which YSRCP and T Congress do. We have to wait and see if YSRCP will consider another caste person for PAC Chairman if Bhuma Nagi Reddy resigns.
