2016 Budget is out and out Modi's budget. He is given it all for the poorer sections of the society, not through the usual "welfare"ism (which Rajiv said delivers only 15 paisa to the poor, when 1 rupee is released in Delhi). He is instead making them build India's infra in sectors where employment problems of India find a solution.
