30-40 years ani timeline kaadhu gaani 1998 to 2010/12 varaku ee 10-12 years window was best thing happened to indian cities like Pune/chennai/Blore/Hyd.. where service sector boomed..especially IT/banking and mobile revolution too...and to augment this..first generation young crowd looking for jobs hooped into cities.. this has made multifolded groeth in these cities...while this is advantage there is disadvantage also ..like no proper palnning of roads infrastructure etc... so our new capitol is a chance to overcome this and plan properly..no need to compare with any city..it will lead by example..on different scales...why we need to compare..numbers always on population..cosmo..etc... let us make it more livable..best quality of life city but..there is lot of balancing act to be done here..too much hype..and huplaha..which is not practical should be avoided.. | ||
