if he worked in same company back in india as a manager and he came here on H1 and did Change of status to L1, he is still eligible under EB1. EB1 ki all it requires is, company has to prove that he is international manager. (means, he has team onshore, offshore and generating revenue). | ||

Yup. EB1 is International managerial category. anthekaani, 3 yr degree PG aa annadi sambandham ledu. If he is International manager (means Managing team onshore and offshore and generating revenue to the company) he is eligible Under EB1 category. Maa office ki okayana L1A visa pai ochhadu from B'Lore and he is with company for nearly 10-12 years (All the time in B'Lore). He says they are going to file his Green Card in EB1 category soon! So, I was asking his details and seems like he is a 3 year degree holder! Naaku telsi L1A visa lo ravatam, oka 5-8 member teams ni manage chesadu ani chupatam antha kuduruthadi...question is like EB2 will they check education even for EB1 or not?
