we have taken the good things from all the other constitutions in the world and wrote our constitution. Multiple ammendments were made from time to time to alter provisions that were not relevant. Do we have a good constitution? its not perfect but it is good. It is the implementation of it that we have failed to a large extent. Yes. They should be blamed for perpetuating the Caste based society in India with the stupid reservation policy based on castes. We got a historic opportunity to fix the Indian society forever. But they screwed it big time and it is now beyond repair. If they had vision, they would never ever wave done this. They should have based reservations based on economic or rather poverty line. Indian society is now split into various vicious sects and causing total chaos. |
