While everyone was surprised at Prime Minister Narendra Modi giving an unsual 40 minutes time for Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday in New Delhi, few interesting things have emerged on what went on in the meeting. Highly-placed sources in TRS government said as soon as KCR went inside the PM's meeting hall, he handed over a flower bouquet to Modi. After both took their seats, Modi said, "KCR garu,,.what are the news.anything special" to which KCR replied, "If you want me to speak me with an open heart and mind, I can tell you a lot of news and things. But you may get nervous." Modi told he doesn't mind if some one tells truth with an open heart and mind. Immediately, KCR spoke for about 25 minutes non-stop and Modi had to simply remain tongue-tied. KCR said,"It's almost two years since you became PM but you have not left your mark anywhere. There is not a single programme or scheme which reminds one that it's a "Modi's scheme". There is no "Modi mark rule" at all. The NDA government has already presented two budgets and set to present third budget this month. But none of the budgets could bring any separate identity or recognition to Modi. You have to run at least in the next three years to leave your mark else Modi and NDA government would prove to be a disaster." These words coming from the mouth of KCR like weapons has left Modi shocked. However, he recovered immediately and thanked KCR for giving valuable suggestions with his open talk. KCR went on to say asking Modi to launch at least one-two schemes that remind people about Modi permanently in their minds instead of conceiving number of projects which go unnoticed. KCR also said the promises made by Modi from the ramparts of Red Fort during Independence Day celebrations during the last two years also failed to see the light of the day. He also found fault with Modi for not giving adequate importance to SCs and STs in the government and administration. KCR virtually took a 'class' to Modi on his administration.
