In mobile testing you need to test with different network speeds and different devices these kinds of tests can be done if we record mobile traffic and simulate different network speed. This is my understanding-Let me know if I am wrong | ||

API performance testing and Portal performance testing both are different. API testing will be easy compared to portal. generally any performance testing tool will support portal testing also. PS: I am not a tester | ||

Radview is one of the tool for mobile testing. I have done it before. Tool is cheap and you will get excellent support from the tool team. | ||

Friends, I need your fair suggestions to the following situation. Part of our contract is to finish the performance testing of the Mobile Application. So, testing the APIs and testing the mobile portal (ex: www.mobile.xxx.com) are same? If different, what is the difference? Also can you please suggest good tools in the market? The client has license for HP Stormrunner Load. Is it good to go for the mobile performance testing? |
