EVM's ela tamper cheyagalaru? Can you explain? Where are they manufactured, stored, and how is the distribution to various polling booths done? Who does the tampering? Who all are involved? Since TRS candidates appear in different positions in different divisions (alphabetical order of candidate name among registered parties etc.), how do they make sure they tamper the right button/position in each division? Since EVM's didn't crash or fail to give the count, should we assume that a good amount beta testing was done by the hackers who tampered it (assuming that the manufacturer did not tamper and send EVMs directly to TS)?
