Bluecloud Is the house going to be on a SLAB? If so you can wait on Hardwood floor for later...especially if you are in COLD area! We are thinking of upgrading the following at design center: 1.Counter tops throughout house 2.Floor tiles in kitchen, 3 bath rooms. 3.Wall tiles in master and 2 bath rooms. 4.Upgrade to dual flush toilets. 5.Upgrade sink in one bed room Thinking of doing the following after closing: 1.Gutters 2.Blinds 3.Hardwood floors in first floor 4.Faucets, light fixtures (if upgrades are needed) 5.Fans Are there any things I need to check at design center or do later? |
