Yeah, you are right! maa daggara you can buy any size lot with major road access zoned for agriculture and still build a home on it! you can get 1-5 acre lots for 60-100k. same new subdivision lo lot chusthey 1/3rd acre lot is about 170-200k. | ||

yes since it was already in a sub division it was a layout plot and zoned so all we needed was building plan and drawings yes we paid premium but most of the residental plots are already zoned and layout unless you build whole sub division or apt complex .those who are serious about their watches display them prominently, those who are more concerned with style and branding present you with aircraft carriers and hide their watches. | ||

be clear single house or leka multiple houses a i did it and lot of my friends have did it simple ga cheyavacchu, 1) Identify the land which is for sale, for me i went to subdivision where there was a land for sale bought the land 2) identify the contractor, i had 3-4 desi builders who build nice custom homes in charlote, bid for the project, ours was open invoice policy contractor tells me how much its going to cost, and we pay 15% on top of the cost for managing it we selected a old american builder who built my neighbors home since he was already in the sub division and new the structural commitee he choose to take 10-12% over the cost my total project was completed in 10 months, he got the plans approved from the city .those who are serious about their watches display them prominently, those who are more concerned with style and branding present you with aircraft carriers and hide their watches. | ||

Only join if they are ready to start construction in less than 2 yrs. Reason land values don't appreciate and if you keep the land idle after buying, you are wasting your money. Local zoning/building codes/regulations check chesukomanandi...also don't jump in without looking at the site survey and geotechnical information. maa area lo recent ga developer gadu kattina new houses started sinking in less than 2 yrs... | ||
