Sell Sell Sell , the probability of further appreciation is lower than the probability of stagnation. CRDA and surrounding areas are experiencing the Grand Slam of all real estate booms. The only trigger would be if any major refinery or industry opens up nearby. The port is more or less either not going to be developed or at least delayed. The political uncertainty in the state going forward , the global economic situation and the delay in developing the new capital will hamper further growth in the short term 3-5 years while longer term might be more positive if everything works smoothly. Sell and re enter if necessary at lower rates. | ||
