Government Chief whip M Bhatti Vikramarka moved a privilege motion under Rule 168 on `procedures and conduct of business in the State Assembly’. He urged the Chair to take necessary action in this regard. Deputy Speaker Nadendla Manohar, who was in the Chair, said that the Speaker was seized of the matter and would give a ruling in the Assembly shortly.
