Friend's brother in law.. Currently on H1b in USA Wife and kids in India..they want to travel to visit.. Infant daughter needs Passport.. India lo Passport apply cheyyadaniki pothe NOC adigaru anta.. anyone has any avidea on what this NOC is ? (US Passport lo single parent passport apply chesthunte..they want Notarized NOC from the other parent who is not present at the time of applying) Is that NOC similar to that Notary in US ? |
