My condo community is huge.
Not in walkable distance for regular ppl
So I am not that interested

Btw today I fee much better as I took full rest yesterday :-)

u would be surprised.

naaku oka saari ilaage ayite, physio therapist daggaraki poyaa.. (not chiro)
nenu kuda mundu ilaage anukonnaa..

but, after 2-3 days of spending 1 hr long in pool, problem almost solved.

basically, water takes a lot of pressure from your lower back and helps back stretch properly.

If you have pool,

just go float in the pool. put some foam under arms and let the body float in the water.

That takes the pressure out on the back and stretches spine

squat lo major problem is people doing it wrong way and breaking back or neck.

First give full rest until you recover. anymore stress would send you to hospital. Be careful, it might give life long injury.

First go with less weight for couple of months and increase the weight.. first day ne.. upukuntu sesinava? nivemmanna arnold anukunnava..

as for back pain...it might be due to undue stress on ur back while doing front squats....

shalbhasana,bhujangasana,dhanurasana,trikonasana cheyandi....worked wonders for me...

Yep I agree in case of back squats my back supported weights
So i am able to do well and easily

First time I tried front squat chass

Got into pain I would have tried with only Olympic bar by excluding weights chasss

But I feel more intense in front squats
Full back and abs too while balancing :-)

Pain starts Exactly middle of back to extending both sides I.e. Ribs

When I twist my abs and hips
I feel very uncomfortable
But I still able to to crunch and able to do obliques.

But I wann get rid of this pain or uncomfortableness

Hoping that it's just muscle tense at my back.

if you ask me, front squats are better than back squats to hit the quads

First two sets ok as I kept Olympic bar
At back of my neck

Then I got crazy thought so I placed Olympic bar
In front of my neck and started doing squats

First 3 times ok 4 then time sides to middle
Too much stress and immediately I stopped.
Since morning very uncomfortable at my back
It's not too much pain at the same time I don't feel comfortable
Like sitting at off or car driving etc

Wats best alternate for remedy ?
