I came through the same process , and I have no company , but I feel working as consultant is much easy now a days, you negotiate what you think your worth and move on if you don't like it. Full time is more risky if they layoff , you will be searching for a sponsor and more over these full time jobs are paid less . Of-course there are cases and exceptions What Vendor or layers make or doesnot make is not our business, we need to be smart enough and have good negotiation skills, now a days the new generation youngsters are very good in these - | ||
