i moved from central pa to North fl 900 miles rented uhaul and drove down my self paid 1600 for uhul, 450 gas, 250 for loading and unloading. 1 night stay 100 for the hotel . started around 5 pm friday evening . reached around 8 saturday night. stayed in hotel friday night. usually if you rent uhaul they will charge for a week even if you return it in 2-3 days. guess thats how they make money. budget also usually rent you for a week but if you return the truck early they will refund the rest of the days money. and I got quotes from all major movers. every body quoted from anywhere between 3500-5000. so decided to drive. hope this helps | ||

best option is to dispose as much as you can by selling it in craigslist/yardsales/online etc. moving lo dabbuluki chooskopotam better if you have valuables..go with standard companies with better reviews and purchase insurance.. if no valuables then it's ur preference | ||
