after workout your muscle will absorb maximum from your blood (which is carrying creatine now) and stores it for next workout..thats just my take

cold, fever etc vachi poyaaka i use it for a couple of days to get back to workout strength at least...combined with more food and water

strength is built slowly with little increments in workout weight on each workout day and lots of rest in between workout days

every workout lo 10 sets of bench press, 10 sets of squats range lo kodithay kodhigaa kattam
