chaalaa thorough gaa follow avutunnaa series.. 1. DA had "Instructed" the County Sherriff's Department not to be involved in the investigation. Those guys were all over Avery's 40 acre auto-junk property right from day 1. 2. No kind of Warrant allows search parties to lock-down a property for 18 days. 18 straight-frikking-days... while Avery and his family were "Instructed" to stay away. 3. Calumet County, the place where the murder victim comes from, had called-in to Manitowoc County Sherriff's Department 3 days early-on, about the missing-person report on the victim. Only after 3 days was the missing person's car spotted on Avery's property. The night Manitowoc County received information about the missing person from Calumet County, Sergeant Colborn had a chat over the phone, duly recorded, whether Mr Avery was already taken into custody or not. Lieutenant Lent willingly and voluntarily offered help to Calumet in finding this victim. 4. All the evidence presented against Avery is half-baked, evidently planted and cooked-up. The modus operandi in the murder scene was tying the victim to the bed, stabbing her in the gut, slitting the throat, and apparently, not a single drop of blood was marked anywhere near the bed, all the way to the fire-pit where she was reportedly burnt alive, after shooting her in the head. One Bullet casing was found elsewhere in the Garage, at a later time, that is not during the 18 day search when the Warrant was valid. and the DNA test on the casing reportedly became a cocktail sorts, the extracted sample was the only one available and it was all used at one go, leaving no chance for a second test, 5. Avery's blood stains were reportedly sighted in her car, that was spotted, which eventually led to his arrest and the entire investigation. The blood stains also, are smears, as though somebody rubbed off with cotton-swabs.. no sign or indication of a struggle, and apparently, no finger-prints, nor did Avery have any healing wounds at the time of his arrest!!! 6. Due to this arrest, $36M was rubbed-off to a mere $400K.. which he wisely spent on two of the best criminal attorneys in the State of Wisconsin. 7. When Avery was first arrested falsely for a crime he did not commit, the Officer that put cuffs on him, was the head of the Sherriff's Department at the time of the $36M law-suit. So also, two other Officers that could have acted in-time, instead of ignoring another phone-call about Avery being falsely implicated in the first crime, even before the DNA test proved otherwise, could have helped Avery leave prison at least 8 years earlier!!! Those two are Colborn and Lent. After the Documentary came-up on Netflix more than 100K petitions went on Change.org pleading for a Pardon and Release from President Obama's office. The White House responded that they have no say in the case, and that the County Judiciary is doing everything necessary to solve it. "Chill Bro. I told you to let it go!!" - The Budhha. | ||

Manitowoc County clearly framed this Mr Avery - two times. First time, due to sheer Power that Sandra's husband wanted to display, that cost Mr Avery 18 years. After the DNA evidence and exoneration in 2003, and a Law-Suit against the County Sherriff's Department for $36M, everybody that was involved in higher-power back then has now retired, and everybody that acted on orders from high-above will now be sacked for the rest of their lives. 3. At the time of depositions, and exoneration, and almost winning a $36 Million, Killing Mr Avery is definitely not the logical choice, because all fingers will automatically point at the County Sherriff's Office. 4. Sherriff's Office has the Power to do anything in the name of Investigation. Time-and-Again, it is proved by the Defense Attorney's in the Court. The Jury and Judge were "Instructed" not to buy any of it. 5. Avery's life, in realistic terms, is not much worth living inside the prison walls, as much living outside the walls - the reason for framing him in the first case for 18 years. And then, at a $36 Million law-suit right ahead of them, nobody is going to give-up the rest of their lives, their life-savings, for some one else's wrong-doing and wrong-orders!!!
