nen pk better than Mahesh anatledu.... To me, both are on same level.... Mahesh has so many limitations.... And so does pk have.... But both can carry scenes on their own when the role suits them well.... Ledante oka takkari donga oka nani migultaay..... In fact comedy wise, Mahesh took so many Years to get that ease.... Pk has natural flair for comedy from very beginning.... And to his credit, Mahesh tried variety of chars like TD, murari, nani, nijam etc which pk never attempted..... So, evari plus vaallaki Evari minus valla ki unnai.... But on the whole choosthe both in same league, almost..... Evari fans vaallu better ani todalu kottukodam tAppa.... One is the best example.. PK, Mahesh ki teda leda...lol Mahesh does the realistic kind of acting very well where as Pawan do the both realistic and unrealistic acting with ease, with few limitations his body language in emotional scenes Mahesh is a classical actor as well who would love to integrate every thing in a particular scene with balance, where as PK tries to carry the emotion with his eyes other wise goes to loud acting | ||

Character kanapadledu kabatte Chiru Chiru ayyadu...Chiru has that grace to dominate the role, do u have that same thinking which popular directors say "only audience should experience the character, not the actor"...lol the thing is Chiru has that natural flair in him to amicably take a character to the audience with out following any methods...method acting is what Mahesh and Kamal does Chiru is a born actor | ||

method acting ante endi....ability to adapt to any character...agreed chiranjeevi played more entertaining roles but he did try method acting and excelled ...ex: rudraveena,swayamkrushi,aapadbhandavudu,abhilasha,challenge, aaradhana...ee cinemallo chiranjeevi kanipinchadu...we forget who chiranjeevi is ...ika kamal gurinchi cheppanavasaram ledhu...long list of method acting roles...mahesh did try such roles ...nijam,nani,athadu,nenokkadine....on the other hand heroes like rajni,pawan etc don't try roles which require method acting...they play roles which represent their innate qualities,philosophies etc...rajni,pawan cinemallo valle kanipistaru...their ideologies,their typical nature etc.....i hope u get the difference.... | ||

Pawan ki Assalu acting raadu anadam tappu ..... He does comedy really well, and senti scenes too when situation really demands..... So, these definitely are traits of an actor..... What he cannot is, take a role and get into it and be what role demands..... Instead, he suits well in those movies where the role is natural to his character and role gets into him, rather than him into the role.... That's his limitation.... from one of the greatest director TFI has ever produced...K viswanath. natana ante nilabadi cheyatam matrame kadhu..natinchetappudu screen meedha casual ga undali, edho oka pani chesthoo emotion pandinchaali, audience tho communicate cheyali...anduke viswanath cinemallo hero laki usage of objects/articles ekkuva untundi be it kamal hasan in swati mutyam, sagarasangamam, subhasankalpam or chiru in swayam krushi, subhalekha etc. chiru swayam krushi lo sumalatha love fail tarvata taage scene kani, 2nd half lo sumalatha intikelli thana husband gurinchi telsukuni pani manishitho matade scene kani chala natural ga depth tho untundi. hats of to KV garu who conceived such scenes and thats why chiru is a legend who was the most natural performer in telugu after SVR. in contrary ...SSK used to stand still and dialogs baaga cheppevadu. | ||

ofcourse he doesnt know basics of what ppl call acting. but ppl call he has good screen presence. dont know how one who cannot act on screen ... can capture the attention of majority of audience and prove that he can present himself very well on screen. it is as confusing as 292*1 = 18 and 2009 = tagore centres. one such example... https://youtu.be/pyIOgGoM6ds?t=39 he did overact in few scenes of teenmaar by getting carried away with the role...over'acting' doesn't mean acting. but in the pre climax scene...see his authority on dialogue, voice, body language, movement on the screen (i know that acting means standing still on a frame and show performance using ..only...his face...an actor should not move while speaking a dialog. body language was never a part of acting), enacting a single scene spanning across 2:20 mins without a cut in between and bringing liveliness on screen, showing variations from start to end...being casual and his own. well, he cannot act and stand the test with the scenes he cannot connect and believe. he did fail in that aspect in many times in annavaram, bangaram, panja, puli etc movies. but when he is in his own space he fills life to the character on screen...and i think thats what they call screen presence. in cinematic terms acting is getting into the soul of any character, role and do justice....he cannot. thats why he always remain a non acting star. but he is Pawan Kalyan...he admits he cannot do all the roles like others. his fans do very well know. |
