One Burflict hit on Brown is illegal .. He is not a runner and u cannot lead in to Head/Neck area with ur Helmet
He was leading into head and neck area with his shoulder -- but was that warranted ... Hell No ..
Second Shazier hit was when Bernard has established himself as a runner .. After that it is no issue ..If at all he did not establish himself as runner -- It would have NOT been a Fumble

Shazier hit was on a runner.. so Runner had time lo stand tall and take the hit in his pads... because tackler went low which is the right thing to do.. you need to go low so you dont hit the Player in hit helmet...
although in this case it is slightly debatable.. because Bernard turned around and made 2-3 steps but was still near line of scrimage.
Burfict hit was on a "defenseless receiver" meaning :
1. Receiver was high enough..
2. Receiver is not looking or didnt make a move enough to look for a defensive guy running in his direction.
3. tackler/defense guy had oppurtunity to go even lower on the hit.. but instead chose to hit with his shoulder or helmet..

now i can connect the chain of events on the last 15 yard penalty:
1. when doctor and coaches came to pick up brown.. someone trying to pat 84.. grabbed the shirt of the old doctor.
2. Doctor shook off the hand
3. Joey porter then was saying something to the refree to keep bengals away
4. Gilbery comes and pushes joey porter to huddle.. (joey is the real master of dirty play)
5. Then Joey starts walking off, someone is pulling his shirt and Adam Jones punches in the chest.. and Ref pulls out a flag..

Both penalties on bengals are unnecessary. Steelers ni Bernard ni similar hit chesaaru ga. But the hit coming in dying moments of the game made the diff I think.

may be porter being on field is a small issue , i dont know.. but after burfict taking browns head soo openly... there was no need for anyone to pull other teams jersey.... refs were ready to pull trigger for any small thing...
