big schools evi scholarship ivvavu, oka vela scholarship oste mataku....F1 visa meedane velali also MBA ayyaka they dont have to go back to USA.....they can do F1 to H1 as COS or H4 to H1 using COS so basically change to H4 if no scholarship, change to F1 if you receive scholarship | ||

First do that and get a Priority date.. every 1 year late you will start the GC process.. add 3 year additional. Example. If you start GC process in 2016, and if it is Eb2, then expect your EAD to get on 2022... if you start GC process in 2017 then expect your EAD to get on 2024 or 2025.. Me and my wife are working on fulltime H1 in separate cities. Wife's H1 start ayyi 4.5 yrs aindi and valla company lo PERM ippudu apply cheyabotunnaru so guessing by 2017 ending or 2018 beginning I-140 approve avtundi ani, then she can probably get an extension on H1. Naa H1 start ayyi 2 yrs aindi. Company lo inka perm process start avvabotondi. 1. ee timelo thanu MBA kosam F1 ki apply chesi maraccha? F1 ayyaka malli 4.5 yrs aipoindi kabatti H1 sponsor chestaya companies general ga? 2. H4 meeda thanu chaduvukovaccha? is she eligible to receive scholarships on H4? 3. 4.5 yrs ayyaaka job quit chesi oka 1 yr US bayata undi vasthe thana H1 term malli 6 yrs ki renew avtunda? 4. or nenu job vadilesi MBA cheste better aa? evaranna ilaanti situation lo unnaara? memu kalisi undali ante evaro okaru current job vadileyali anukuntunna cos' both of us dont have jobs in the same city..what options do you suggest? |
